Rocker arms?

Which is the better to get, self-aligning or nonself-aligning? Whats the difference when it comes to ease of install? Also there has been sets for sale on ebay, anyone know if they are any good?

Self aligning rockers will bolt right up to an LT1 and are generally good for about .550" lift. Non-self aligning rockers require guide plates and hardened pushrods and are generally more stable than SA rockers under high lift. Obviously self aligning rockers are easier to install because you don't have to install the guide plates. Rocker arms are like anything else... you get what you pay for. For the money, Comp's Pro Mags are the best deal, IMO.

Another vote for the Comp Cams Pro Mags; I believe they're quietier than the Crane Golds. Invest in a set of springs if you're going with 1.6 RRs to prevent coil bind (even with the stock cam)!

I'm thinking of going ahead and ordering a cam kit from combinatoin motorsports and going ahead and installing the arms and waiting to do the cam since I have soo much going on right now.
