rocker arm / valve problem ...

I just had my heads milled which threw off the geometry of everything a little bit and I needed shorter pushrods. Well now as I set zero lash and plus 1/2 turn, the rockers start rubbing against the adjusters. It just doesn't seem right this time. Some are ok though. Should I just try and start it up and maybe get some oil pressure going or what ?

I don't understand "rockers rubbing on the adjusters".

If something does not seem right, I would not run it that way.

As a rule, mechanical problems don't just go away.
