1993 LT1 Trans Am....

Can someone run me through tightening the rocker arms down? I need to know the spec and the procedure. It seems to me there is more then just tightening them down to spec. Any special order or procedure?

I found that instead of spinning the pushrod, I had better luck feeling for up/down movement. I tried the spinning and went 1/2 turn and it was WAY to much. I tightened them to where there is no up/down movement, and then went 1/2 turn. Runs like a dream.
