Rocker arm adjustment

I have comp cam 1.6 self aligning rr. what do i have to do to adjust them because i think that they are too tight?

because i dynoed the car a few weeks back and the power falls off hard and the car misses. The opti is relatively new, so i think its either that or valve float?

Pick a cylinder. Turn the crank until the exhaust valve just starts to open - stop and adjust the intake valve. Turn the crank over some more until the intake valve peaks open then starts to fall closed - stop halfway there and adjust the exhaust valve.

Compstall: Close but no cigar.

Replace the "Exh" with the "Intake" and you got it I.e., EOIC.

Woops, mah bad. My 10-month old daughter decided it was time to play at 3 AM today....

....fixed it.
