Roadrace cam?

Are there any OTS roadrace cams? Or am I going to have to go custom grind? I'm looking to make over 400rwhp with heads and I don't want the huge lift cams. Thanks!

Re: Roadrace cam?

The lift doesn't determine the valve spring life BTW.... unless you have a rule for XXX amount of lift don't put a artificial limit on it.

in that case buy a good set of heads and have a properly matched cam ground for what you want..

I didn't bring that up because of valve spring life, I was thinking valve seat mostly. I was planning on doing some high speed time trials so running high rpms for extended times made me think...

Seats are all going to depend on if you have valve bounce and the valve job, you can have lots of lift and still not have bounce.
