Ripping off Intake Manifold

I just need some links that could show and help me with the steps/tricks involved with taking off my intake manifold .

Is it possible to leave the fuel rail and injectors on while taking it out?

Just pull the 4 bolts out and pull it off and set it up on the cowl. The new intake manifold gaskets come with the o rings you will need for the injectors.
