Rev motor, Spedo goes up

Rev motor, Spedo goes up
I just finished a top-end build, and I have something VERY strange.
I'm sitting still not in gear, and when I rev the motor the spedo goes up too. If I rev to 4k it shows I'm doing close to 20mph. WTF!?
