ok so i've got a 94 Z28 A4 and i think its hittin the rev limiter b4 the shift point so it wont shift it will just start bustin out so i have to let off and then push tha pedal back down. how can i get rid of this rev limiter?

 

I would advise against removing the rev limiter especially on a stock engine. Instead you should tune the tranny to shift earlier.
