reusing bolts '97 LT1

what bolts can be reused?
which should i get new?
i have new ARP headbolts.....curious about what else can be reused when doing a head and cam swap?

Its good to use new head bolts. All other bolts can be reused.

what about the balancer crank pulley bolts?
intake manifold bolts can be reused?
all the cam bolts too?

Generally ok to reuse those, just make sure you follow torquing procedures. If you are concerned about the bolts, replace them.

Not exactly sure how much work you're doing, but main, rod, and head bolts should all be ARPs with no questions asked. The other stuff you mentioned can reuse factory bolts without a problem.
