return line ???
is there a flare nut or something else that secures the return line to the fuel pressure regulator? if so is there anyplace other than a junk yard to find it? if not why would i have a leak? hope this makes sense, thank you.

I love it when people don't provide the year of the car they are working on. These things are not all the same, you know?
Either way, o-rings provide the seal for the pipes and clamps or clips hold them in place.

[edit] I see you posted the same question in the fuel/ignition forum, too (right place). Multiple forum posting does not make the moderators happy.

my bad its a 96. i did not know that they weren't all the same, not sure why gm would make them different other than figuring out the earlier years were not right? anyways, in that diagram i need part 13. is that something i can get from the parts store or the dealer?

Service kit 17113095 had the clip in it, but may no longer be available or if it is, it will be over $60 wholesale. You might want to try to find a clip in a salvage yard or parts for sale forum. I don't know if there is an aftermarket kit.
Why not make a signature and put your basic car info in it, so you won't have to worry about what is different?
