after reviewing the data I found.
Low TPS voltage
High Idle
High IAC counts
Bank 2 lean 02
bank 2 LTFT adapting for lean
I sugested a stuck injector but after talking with corey he told me he had a passenger side header gasket leak. That would explain the bank 2 02 readings staying lean as well as the LTFT readings.
he is replacing that as well as a delco TPS (his last one was a cheep replacment) and I also suested a new IAC or atleast clean the old one and the throttle body passage.
I'm also wondering if somone messed with the idle setting befire he got the car
