Replacing Valve seals.

I thought that you can remove them by hand but comp cams sells a removal tool.

Is there anything I should know before I attempt this.
Trick, Tips, etc.

Thanks

are you reffering to a valve spring compressor?

To get them initially loose you might want to use the removal tool so that you dont damage anything on your heads. I suppose if you were very careful you might get away with using a screwdriver.

we reused the valve seals when we used a skrew driver-
its not that hard, no special tools needed

Reuse them They are clearly a wear item. For $20 why not just replace them with a fresh set?
