Replacing Rear Bushings?

Well I think for the best bank/buck rear sus. I'm going to do for the time being, is box in my LCAs and PHR...

Are these bushings in these pressed in or can they be slid out with some force?

Also, anyone done this? Poly bushings and box in these parts? Notice any difference in strengthing the rear suspension?

Thanks a million guys!

You could probably pop the bushings out yourself but you need to have the bushings pressed. I tried to do it myself when I had my '88 Iroc back in '90. A sledge hammer doesn't work very well let me tell you...lol

Every bushing I've had to remove from my Z had to be burned out with a propane torch. They were just that old and stuck.
