Replacing radiator tanks...

My radiator outlet tank started leaking recently. The tanks are $40 from gmpartsdirect.com, and a new radiator is $200. If it isn't that difficult to replace the tanks, I'll just do that. From this exploded diagram (see below) I can't tell how the tanks are fastened to the core. Is this an easy repair? How difficult is it to get the new tank to seal to the old core? How are the tanks fastened to the core?

Thanks for any help!

I say just buy a used one. Mine were cracked so I got a radiator off the board for $50 + shipping.

I replaced my last year from a "general" auto parts internet site for $129 shipped; looks and fits jsut like stock. Do a Google search on radiators.
