Replacing Opti & Water pump advice/tips . . ?

I know there is a water pump thread right now but it doesn't include the Opti, soooo . . .
I'm going to be replacing my waterpump and Vented Opti in a week or so and just have a few questions. If someone would like to be a saint in my book they could post part numbers and links . . .

What other seals should i replace while doing this?

I am going to be using new plug wires. Are there any other wires i should replace ? (Opti harness ? ? ?)

And I swear i have searched but i can't find a write up with pictures. Link me pretty please ?

Any advice/tips are welcome and appreciated . .

Thanks Guys

You can most likely find the part #'s at shbox.com Also you may be able to find a write up also but not sure.

Though not specific to the opti, removal and install of the opti is covered in the cam how tos. There used to be a couple of opti guides out there, so I never made one. Now, those sites are gone.

please please, don't take that as a complaint about your sight Rob, it is by far the most helpful sight about f-bodys that i know of. I didn't even think about looking for it in the camshaft right -up. But i assure you I meant no offense. . .

I've been planning an optispark replacement for a while, here's my list of parts...
-Waterpump driveshaft seal
-Opti Seal
-entire optispark
-opti harness, (does this come with new optis?)
-possibly the ICM
-waterpump gaskets
-crank seal, Already Done.

damn LT1 shouldnt leak a drop after this.

I already have new OTVC wires and spark plugs or else they'd be on here too.
I need to do this soon because after 4500 rpm my car falls on it's face. Hoping its just the opti with 115k miles on it.

Opti harness is sold separately.

http://www.eficonnection.com/eficonn..._pigtails.aspx is one place that has it much cheaper than GM.

I've bought stuff from them and Auto Wiring Solutions, both good sellers.
