Smile replacing head gasket

I need to replace head gasket on my `95 LT1 350 Camaro. Not a mechanic but its down and I`ve got time and the place. Want to do it myself. Any publications or websites that would give me a step by step on head removal and replacement??. thanks

Invest in any type of service manual. It will come in very handy many times over if you plan on keeping your car for a while.

okay .. thanks for that. I bought one of those Haynes manuals and I don`t really care much for it. Found a website, some guy called Alex Afrashteh. Pretty good but would be nice to have some more pics. If anybody has pics of a head removal job, that would be great. http://afrashteh.com/guide/install.htm

I found a book on the big E that looks good. The name is "How to Rebuild Small-Block Chevy Lt1 / Lt4 Engines". Just enter the name in the search box.

I have that book, it is very thorough and has several detailed photos. It will definitely help with replacing a head or rebuilding the whole motor.
