Replacing C-Clip in Rear End

Having some squealing problems around right hand turns..... it seems the caliper is rubbing a little as the tires moves out.

Going to pull check the wheel and brakes but if it is the C-Clip... how hard is it to replace?

it takes no mechanical know how whatsoever. if you already had the cover off and it drained it may take you about 2 minutes if you have NO clue what your are doing.

Very easy. Pull off cover, drain fluid, remove retaining screw from differential, pull retaining pin, go to each side of your car and push in the wheels. The axles will push in and the C-clip will fall out. Slip the new one in and reinstall everything in reverse order. Remember that when adding new rearend fluid you have to add the GM additive or it will continue to squeal.

Pretty easy.

Wow... and I was going to take it to a shop. If it's that easy, I'll be doing it this weekend.

Thanks guys for saving me a few bucks.
