Remove and Reposition Steering Wheel?

Is this possible because someone said that it is keyed so it only goes on one way, but I had the airbag thing out and all those little splines look the same? I figured they are like timing chain marks, they're just for reference. I want to do this since the alignment shops (three different ones) say my frame is bent and that it isnt really worth to fix for such a small problem.

Your steering wheel alignmnet should be done by adjusting the outer tie rods. The alignment shop should have done this for you.

You can put the steering wheel on the splined shaft in any position.
