I got some ticking I think might be the rockers and not an exhaust leak, it has been a long time, can someone remind me?

what you could do is take off the valve cover and let the car run and adjust them that way.

or you could do the other way which is find number 1 tdc and adjust the following rockers: intake valves 1257, exhaust valves 1348. then go to number 6 tdc (completely 360 turn on crank) and adjust the following: intake valves 3468 and exhaust valves 2567.
