question in the title... Will i need to buy relocation brackets to fit aftermarket LCAs? My car isnt lowered so would they still benifit with LCAs?

And will LCAs do anything without the relocation brackets?

Getting LCA's is unrelated to getting LCA drop brackets. If you lower the car, you probably want the brackets, so you can adjust the LCA's back to level, or heading uphill if you're drag racing.

A good rod/poly or rod/rod LCA will help on the road course or drag strip.

It kind of depends what you're trying to do with the car. If it's a street car and you just want to stiffen it up a bit, get poly/rubber. If you're drag racing exclusively, poly/poly might be best. If you're autocrossing or road racing, then poly/rod end, or two rod ends is the way to go.
