Has anyone ever heard of these guys?

They had these two auctions on ebay, and I was curious if anyone knew anything about their products...

I always wonder why someone would elect to make a private auction.

Redline Performance was brought up a week or so ago...I can't remember if someone was advising them or what...I do believe that they have a web site...
