Yes and yes.
Tons of people are using it including myself and it's a very good product. Definetely keeps the car cooler.

I used it and the stuff works excellent! Go Get some NOW.

 

It works best when you run less than 20% coolant in the system. Ideally you're supposed to run it with 100% water.

 

I'm not knocking it, but I've ran that stuff in several different cars over the years and never noticed any operating temp reduction (from observing the car's temp gauge that we know is not very accurate). I stopped using it.
