Recommend me a good shop in Ky. area

I've got an 96Z with a built(sig. below) LT1 that I've about gave up on and I've finally got some extra dough to get somone else to give it a try. Car has major rich condition that I cant seem to fix.

Anyone know of a good shop thats in the Ky. area thats familiar with the LT1. Be nice if they also have a dyno to get the best out of my setup also. I'm located in Bardstown Ky., pretty much central Ky., 35 miles south of Louisville. I'll be towing the car so the closer the better.
