also, can i can the first gear in the trans to reduce wheel spin, or should i just start off in 2nd?

will i have to worry about it with a fairly stock motor?

so far, i've got a 3" flowmaster, ditching cat shortly, plan to rip the emissions off as well. k&n filter, i'm fabing a cold air intake shortly.

gearing up for a 10-12lbs supercharger in the near future. thinking of going with a centerforce dual friction for clutch.
not sure how long it will last under 500 hp.

Since your car is an M6 SLP sells a Speedo Calibration box to correct your Speedo.

Don't use the SLP speedo recalibrator on a 94. Go to PCMforless.com and get them to reprogram your car. It costs less and he can also improve your cars performance. Since he doesn't seem to have many mods I don't think he'll see any HP gains though.

so if it's just a matter of reprogramming can't i get the software program to interface and change it myself?

Yes, a lot of people do that. There's Tunercat which is popular and there's some power programmers as well. I have a '93 that uses a chip so I don't know much about it.
