rear end question. 2 problems.
My left side axle is slightly bent causing the brake pad to hit the rotor a little making the wheel a little harder to spin when doing this by hand. The caliper doesn't touch the rotor though like some people have experienced.
The axle also moves in and out by approx 1mm when pulling on it so I assume that it needs new axle retainning clips?? Are these a PITA to change?
Will leaving both these problems alone cause some more damage down the road or can I leave it like that for a while?
I don't really feel like openning the rear end anytime soon.
Thanks

inside the housing youll have 2 C-clips holding the axles in, in less they bent or broke there should not be a problem. its easy to change them... all you need is to take the cover off.... take out the rod from the center of the posi unit, push the axles in and use a magnet to pulll the C-clips out...
