i have a 93 camaro z28 a4, just today when i drove it to school this morning it was fine, then when i got out at noon i noticed a clunking noise from the rear ONLY when i accelerate almost enough to break the tires loose, under normal acceleration it feels fine, kind of feels like the right tire but it could just be the whole rear, i did some searches but nothing turned up exactly like this, could it be trans mounts? traction arms? u-joints?

 

I went through everal tranny mounts, and that sounds like what the noise I had when mine broke.

 

would that be the same problem for me even though it only happens in 1st gear acceleration, and if you drive normal nothing happens
