Yes but the 01 has 4 channel ABS, and you have 3 channel ABS. You have 1 Wire running to a sensor on your readend pumkin, the 01 has 2 wires, one to each rear wheel. You may not be able to run the rear ABS. Do a search on this, other guys have done it.

From the Drivetrain section...

3. What is a gear ratio, and how do I know what I have?

If your car's rear end is untouched, you can go by the RPO codes to find out what it came with. RPO codes are three digits, and are listed either in the door jamb or in the glove box.

GU2 = 2.73
GU5 = 3.23
GU6 = 3.42

And if you have the 2.73 and want to go to the 3.23 or higher, stock gears out of another car won't work without a compatable differential due to gear spacing caused by pinion gear size, otherwise you need the thicker aftermarket gear to go with your differential. If you have the performance 3.23 gear, then the other gears will just swap on there.
