Well I was hoping today that I could finally start my car up, so I started to put the coolant in and I noticed that it was leaking from the back of the engine. Felt like the back of the passenger side head was a little wet so it must be coming from the crossover tube. Can I just replace that little gasket on the back of it or do I need to get a whole new tube??? What type of gasket/washer do I use if I just replace that? I hope its only from the tube but I don't know where else it could be coming from.

 

yes, you can replace the gaskets. you will need a total of 4, to do both sides.

Four, 2 are used on each side and "sandwich" the fitting.

 

simple enough....just hope thats where its leaking from. and hope the dealer has some

 

unless you broke the tube, that is the only thing that leak from that area.
