really bad idle...complicated

i while back my fird developed a miss. i parked it for a while and when i got around to it i changed the plug wires because one of them was cooked from me pipes. i ended up rebfurbing the whole ignition system but one of my plugs was fouled out and it was the one that i could not reach. My buddy recommeded a good additive called "SEAFOAM". Well this stuff actually worked and unfouled the plug. The car blew stinky blue smoke while the addidtive was in the motor and caused it to run really bad. Well i'v driven the car over 20 miles since i got the everything back together and it looks good. The car sat for maybe 6 months with a few gallons of gas in it. i added a couple bottles of "heet" water remover hoping to fix the idle and a big bottle of good octane boost. Well there is definetly no knock or ping and the horsepower feels like it is all there the idle is really unstable. I know put alot of addidtive in the tank but the seafoam went directly into the throttle body. I also topped it off with chevron premium so its mostly new gas. The idle is really unstable and it will die if i'm sitting still in drive and the engine is warmed up. The car used to idle smooth at 600 when it was running right and i wanna start driving my baby again. Is it possible the seafoam goofed up my O2 sensor? I'm not sure whats going on. I appeciate your guy's help. I apoligize for so many words i been drinkin. Never drinking and drivin though. GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!

scan it for codes...if one of the 02s got fouled the pcm will tell you. Also the seafoam could have fouled more of the plugs by kicking all that carbon and crap around so if the 02s are good my next guess would be plugs

I tested that theory on the plugs fouling by seafoam, brand new plugs seafoamed 3 times on a nearly 170k mile motor, pulled plugs. plugs looked brand new. I still have the old plugs I may put one of the old ones back in seafoam her and see what the old plug looks like right after seafoaming.

Il'l prolly be pulling the drivers side O2 this weekend to see what it looks like after seafoaming. Or perhaps passenger side. I need to make a new bolt and put it on the exhaust flange there, its leaking :/

I take it there was no power to the PCM during the time it sat? If so, it's possible the PCM has to relearn its parameters. At least that's what happens to mine. Takes about a tank of gas or a week of driving before it starts to behave. You can also check your IAC to see if it's dirty.
Put a scanner on it and see what the 02's are doing as well as your IAC count.
