Real world beater project

Ok here we go... I don't know if this has been done b4 but I'm taking my new 946spd ( got it as a wreck with salvage title) and basically see how fast I can go with it with out adding .01 of a hp to it. I can do anything else, weight saving , gut it, wheels , suspension, gears, tune up, what ever aslong as I don't put on any parts that add hp ie exhaust, cut out, cam , header's you get the point.
My question is has anyone dine this or how fast do you Think I can go. My goal is to have a car that looks stock on the outside, and sounds stock. Yes I will be adding limo tint to it, gutted interior's are the worst to look at.

Well.. you would need to strip the interior down to the shell, just leave the dash in and add a milk crate to sit on that's all you really need. Then Remove the motor altogether, and have your friends help you install a wind sail. Next thing to do is just have some friends push you to the local drag strip and then just wait for a good gust of wind. You'll be sailing down the strip I guarantee it!

Are you allowed to port your heads and intake? You'd be adding horsepower, without exactly adding anything to the motor.

Hard to say exactly where your times will be, I guess it depends how crazy you get with the weight reduction and whatever you decide on with the suspension/chassis. I guess your car will be the next test mule, keep us posted.

That could qualify as weight reduction!
