Yep...thats right, according to this site. Says only intake and head ports, humm. Guess that doesnt inlcude a valve job, p&p of the combustion chamber, etc. I guess he would do all that for another $40 extra at these prices.

Is this for real? Here is the link!

i cant imagine he does anything more then smoothing things up.
he probably doesnt have a flow bench,so no way to tell what he does helps or hurts. and for as cheap as it is,he cant be using the proper tools other then sanding drums. this is all speculation.

hmmmm.

Seems a little suspiscious. I wonder about the legitimacy of his little operation there. I would DEFINITELY need a lot more information about him and his results before i sent my heads on out.

i like the prices though

If it seems too good to be true it usually is.

Yeah...definently some shady looking ****. I emailed him and asked him many questions. Well see what he says.

BTW...I have no plans of getting anything from him, my heads are already ported. I just though this was worth posting.

it sounds like he is just gasket matching, which is BBBAAAD in most cases and/or that price is for one port.

When did people start thinking you could get somethin' worth having for nothing?

Judging by his url, I'm assuming he is polishing things... and judging by the price, he probably isnt doing much polishing at that .

Well...he might be another scammer like the guy that sold me my engine

Anyhow, I just got an email back from him, here it is:
***************************
Hi Justin,
I assure you that this is no joke. Right now I only do gasket matching
to the manifold to head ports. The 35.00 is the price per head. I do
not have a flowbench so I cant do any testing, although I plan on
getting one next year "if everything goes as planed" then I'll be able
to go more indepth with my porting services. I do not port the
combustion chamber nor valve jobs at the moment.

Thanks, Michael Overstreet

I can be reached on my cellphone from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. central time.
My number is 1(479)394-8540

If you have any other questions feel free to email me and ask.

So, it appears it isnt much. I asked him if he does combustion chamber, valve, etc...and as you can see, he answered it all in that paragraph.

I bet he is learning how to port and is gonna practice on those heads before he does his own.
And make some cash while doing it.

You guys should not be so quick to judge. I know there are several people on Thirdgen that are very happy with his polishing work as far as the porting on the heads I know nothing of his work but geeze guys not everyone is an E-scammer.
