Question Reading SES Codes on a 94 Z

Howdy all,
You've probably seen my previous posts about this.
Does anyone know if a Hypertech Power Programer is also able to read codes or is it just straight up programming?
I would like to find a way to read my codes without getting robbed from a service shop or getting robbed buying an expensive scanner. Autozone only does 96 and newer.
Thanks,
Gabe

This should give you an idea of what I've been looking at.

If you go to a local Autozone, they will scan it for free.

You CAN however buy the Hypertech Scan Cartridge.

Like Polo said, AZ does not scan OBD-I.

Hi Rob,
I've been researching since this was brought up. The only scan cartridges I found were for OBD2 only. If you know of an OBD1 cart, let me know where you saw it.
Thanks,
Gabe
