re-use header gaskets?

re-use header gaskets?
i'm returning my car to stock to trade in to the dealer...

currently i have longtubes, can i re-use the felpro gaskets for the stock manifolds?

probably not, but if your taking it to the dealer they probably wouldn't notice the leak unless its real loud.

Maybe.... but why.. What if they leak?? The labor (yours or a shop) is way more expensive that a couple of gaskets..

You don't really want to take it apart again, do you??

the car is shooting metal into the oil

repair for a leaky header gasket is the least of my worries

Maybe you should just trade it in with open headers then... Hide any ugly noises coming from the engine??
