Random or multiple cylinder misfire & ses light was flashing??

The other day I had an SES light come on and I had it scaned and it said "random or multiple cylinder misfire" and the car is running rough so I checked the plugs & wires, well two of the spark plugs were a little loose & so were the tips of the NGK plugs that screw on they were also loose. So I tightened everything up and started the car back up & it seemed fine and now today the SES light came back on again & was flashing and the car started to run VERY rough again! For one what could cause the plugs to come loose? And for two why in the hell does this keep happening to me?

Thank you in advance for you're help!

Sounds like wires. I put 2 new sets in my car before I went to a custom set. My headers kept burning them up. I had the same misfire code when my wires were shot. At 45mph with cruise control set. I would wonder from 1500rpms to 2000rpms and back again.

Hey 94DROPTOPZ28, I was wondering if you ever solved this problem because I have the same problem and cant seem to fix it? I have already replaced plugs, wires(for a second time), fuel filter, pcv, egr valve and header gaskets with no luck. I just dont understand.

When does it happen? All the time, or only certain times?

My ls1 has been doing the same, only after the car was warm and crusing, not cold or at WOT. Turned out to be an O2.

Well this has been happening now for about a month but now all of a sudden yesterday I get a code 154 o2 sensor? But I just replaced the o2s when I had the headers installed so I really really hope that its not the o2? I have put so much money into this thing since the header install and if I werent upside down on my payments I would get rid of it. And man I love this car but with a string of bad luck since the headers and Ive dumped like 3500 into it doing the headers and tune up/ getting this thing through emissions! Or I should say not getting through emissions. I wonder if I will ever fix it. This all started in July and Im still messing with it!AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!

OK IM SORRY ABOUT RANTING
