Radiator Hose broke..Quick question!

Radiator Hose broke..Quick question!
Today one of my radiator hoses sprang a leak. Its the hose that runs from the waterpump to the drivers side of the radiator. Its the one that has the y-pipe ish look to it(has a little hose breaking off from it). It sits under the intake elbow in front of the coil and whatnot.
My question is, the big hose sprung a leak(part between y-pipe connection and waterpump), but from the looks of it i think ill need the entire assembly. Meaning ill need the whole "y-pipe" ish thing not just the large hose that connects to it.
Does anyone know if thats true or not?

I can afford atleast duct tape and zip ties.
Oh well maybe it will make it to Advance Auto and they will atleast have a patch for now. I doubt they will have the correct hose in stock.
