Radiator Cap Part #?

Could someone tell me what the part # is for a GM radiator cap for a 97 Z28? Is there a way to check if my existing one is bad? My coolant level sensor blew off the other day from excessive pressure...is this a sign the cap is bad? Thanks...

awesome, I have a AZ radiator Cap on mine and from what I hear an aftermarket cap can cause over heating due to bad seal(air gets in and causes issues)

am I correct on this?
