Is your oil light brown? Could have a head gasket leaking

Radiator caps are real cheap and if it is old, I would replace and see how it responds. They do wear out over time.

Coolant system pressure tester......look up my other posts on it.

The coolant has to be going somewhere.....you need to find out where it's going. The above should help isolate it if the problem is in the engine. Is the overflow reservoir between the hot and cold marks? What is the level with the engine stone cold and the engine warmed up?

One simple possibility is that there could be a small hole in the hose that leads to that reservoir(from the radiator neck). That would cause the level in the reservoir to never move....due to it leaking on the ground. It would also prevent a vacuum from being generated to pull the coolant from the overflow back into the engine when it cools off(leaving a half empty radiator and overfilled reservoir).

Also, check the coolant line that runs under the battery in a groove on the tray, I've had that leak before

i did test the hose and there was no hole on it.. it all seemed to be good
