quick spark plug question

I picked up some tr55's for my dd and was wondering if most of you guys are setting the plug gap at .50 for n/a? Everyone knows doing a plug change on a stock lt1 is a time consuming process so would it be severely harsh on the car to do it over the course of several days? Basically doing several plugs a day until finished. DD

For platinum plugs, set them to 0.050". For conventional, set them at 0.035"
