Quick Reply Needed - Water Pump Installation

Ok, having never done this before, I'm afraid I skipped an important step: Do I NEED to use RTV on the two water pump gaskets or will the gaskets alone be fine. Thanks for any quick replies as I'm on hold right now!!!

Either way is fine. I installed them dry and no problems. But the surface has to be really, really, really clean. But most people use RTV.

Ok, good. I cleaned both surfaces really good, torqued down the wp bolts really good, so I should be good.

I just got done putting thread sealant on all but the one bolt that's hidded behind the power steering pump pulley. I didn't feel like taking the PS pump off again for the sealant on the one bolt. I hope that doesn't come back to bite me.
