Quick question about removing passenger exhaust manifold
Ok, I have an automatic and while looking at it from underneath i notice that the fill tube for the transmission is in the way of the EGR tube that hooks up to the passenger manifold. So how do i go about removing the manifold?
Should i just go ahead and begin removing the manifold bolts and hopefully it will free up some slack or can i just unbolt the EGR pipe from the rear of the manifold and pull the manifold and EGR tube out as a whole?
Thanks

When getting headers get a 1 3/4 inch primary tubes. There are a few out there that have 1 5/8, dont get those. More power can be seen with the 1 3/4. I think SLP has the cheapest costing 1 3/4 inch headers, but spark plug access is kind of hard with those. There are other brands costing more that are better. I live with the hard to reach plug access.
