Hey everyone, i have a 1994 a4 Z28 and i had a question. I plan soon on getting a pair of Coated 93-97 LT1 Long Tube "Drag Race" Headers no AIR EGR, and i had a question. Should i buy new 02 sensors?? I heard from a buddy of mine that i should get new o2 sensors, since i plan on getting the headers along with a "y" pipe, and hooker cat-back, because it will burn my stock sensors, my car has 135,000 miles BTW in practically perfect engine condition. And say i were to keep my stock ones, or buy the new ones, would i have to buy some sort of connector extensions?? let me know thanx.

 

When I changed to LT's I didn't change sensors

You will have to get some extensions for them.

 

Do you know where i can buy some extensions, do they offer them on redlineperformanceengineering.com??

nice, thank you, i have another question, but i figure theres no need for a new thread... Im thinking of getting some NGK TR55 plugs, with a .50 gap. I was wondering if i have to tinker at all with the air/fuel ratio, or do i just leave that alone?
