Im trying to install a MSD 6al ignition box, well, according to the instructions (im assuming i have a twin connecter coil) one group of wires connects the coil, one group to the battery and on the diagram in the manual the last group of wires goes off to nowhere. It doesnt clarify where there last two wires connect. Any ideas??

 

There will be one side of the coil with nothing there if I remember correctly....i think it's the drivers side but it's been a while.

ok, im still confused.... there are the two connecters on the coil, and i know what wires go there, but there is another set of wires...where do these go???

 

What colors? Black is negative and red is power. You can download the instructions at msdignition.com if u lost em.
