QUICK GUYS could this cause my oil pressure to be low?

I had low oil pressure lately and saw that I was leaking oil, I didn't check this right away I tought It was time for rebuil for 70k engine. I just went under the car and saw the oil was coming from oil sending unit that's what is right above oil filter on 93s right? Could this cause my low oil pressure, how do I replace it, do I have to drain the oil when removing it, also there is a sleeve and wire how do I disconnect that just pull on it thats where the oil is coming from too. Thanks a lot guys.

If the sender is leaking, it could be affecting the reading. Pull the electrical connector off the sender, remove and replace the sender. No need to drain oil, but a little may drip out. There will be no pressure when the engine is off.

yeah, i know u wont do this, but if it isnt in all the way, and u start the car, the oil will squirt out of the whole, and that is not good...

i dunno where they are on 93s, but on 97s man, its at the back of the intake, and i have no clue in hell how i'm going to replace mine (mine has gone bad, so i get no pres reading)
