Just a quick one here guys. I got a 32 trouble code and my egr chokes the engine when I push it in so it must be good, but I think it might be dirty. How hard should it be to push the diaphram back, and is it possible that it is just a little dirty and isnt letting it close all the way and is letting just a little bit of exhaust air by. I will be working on this in about an hour. Any help would be great.

 

my car threw the same code. egr choked the engine when i pushed it in, i just replaced it. fixed the problem.
