i gotta pass smog at the state referee soon and was wondering will it improve my chances of passing by replacing my 100k mile stock cats w/ new hi-flow carsounds cats?

 

yep, especially if you do it and as soon as your done take the test.... I did that with my iroc i failed the first time with my 383 and put new cats on went straight to the test and passed with flyin colors (fast pass in Il, same test in Ca) and i used magnaflows 2 high flow cats with no smog piping at all...
