Quick ? about tranny fluid

I'm kinda new to this, so here it is. I need to change the tranny fluid on my 4L60E. I have never done this before and to tell you the truth, i have no idea how to. I know the previous owner did it around 30K miles and now I'm around 65K miles, so I wanna get it done soon. If anyone has any instructions, hints, tips, ect.... it would be VERY helpful. Also, how much fluid do I need and whats the best kind to use? Thanks.

u will need 5 qts of ATF Dextron III fluid.....U will also need to get a tranny filter kit fron autozone/napa. ITs a pan gasket and tranny fliter. U will need to get underneath the car, unbolt the tranny pan and let the tranny fluid drip out. Then take the filter out put a new one in, bolt up the pan. ANd put 5 qts of fluid it thru the Tranny fluid dipstick, take it for a spin and check the fluid with the car running.
Thats it. ohyeah...do not over torque the pan bolts, or the gasket will break and you will leak fluid.

If the fluid looks and smells ok?, leave it alone. If it smells or looks burnt, do a "complete change of fluid, along with new filter (sealed power, filtran) and a Duraprene pan gasket. Torque pan bolts to 65-75 inch pounds.
