4. Which subrame combo.

Kenny DD with a bmr tunnel brace
LG with x brace
LG v brace

5.
If I do subframes can I still lower my car?

6. If not, which is better subframes or lower my car for better handling?

In my opinion, any tubular, weld in sub frame connector will be all right. I'm using Global West because they had a good special back when I bought it. The car is definitely better on launch and corners. Better in that it no longer creaks and moans and as a bonus all my rattles magically disappeared.

Also, if you do Global West subframes then you can still lower your car. The subframe connectors will not be the lowest point. I'm sure this is probably true of most brands. I also liked the fact (back when my car was lowered) was that the subframes were a piece of tubular steel protecting the car when I went over speed bumbs the wrong way.
