Questions On 383 Stroker Parts!!!
RODS-----
Do I want my Rods Bushed?
CRANK----
Do I want Int. or Ext Balance?
PISTONS--
Are Keith Black Pistons Good?
How much Horsepower would they hold?
Are these Piston Specs the right ones?---383 stroker, .030 in. overbore, 3.75 in. stroke, 5.70 in connecting rod, flat top, hypereutectic, piston set
Rings-
What rings should I get?
Thanks

You would be much better off buying a kit that is already balanced. All one piece rear main seal cranks are externally balanced.
The pistons are spec'd according to the rod length you want to use, the chamber size of the heads and what compression ratio you want to have as well as bore and stroke.
Talk with every retailer you can, like PAW, Scoggin-Dickie, TPIS and Nu-Tek just to name a few. Also look at the kits that Jegs has to offer. Listen to what they tell you about why they use the parts that they do. Then if you still don't want to buy a short block, go for it.
Good luck

All one piece rear seals are NOT externally balanced, you can get one for internal balance.
I would go with 6" rods unless you are planning on running a blower or a really large shot of nitrous. Not a big deal, but something to think about.
I say get an internal balance crank, but it is up to you. If you don't you will need a new balancer and maybe flywheel.
KB pistons are good for NA but I went with SRP forged just for the extra insurance.
