Question Question On o2's for LT Header/ ORY job

I have a 94 formula,(single cat), and I'm unsure what i need as far as o2's are concerned...It seems no one can give me a straight answer to what I need to buy as far as o2 Simms, Extensions, ect. The car has high miles also, SO What do I all need to buy as far as rear, front o2's are concerned?? extensions?? And one more thing, will I need Sensor Fittings Welded in for Hooker LT's??

Thanks!!

Well your car is a obd1 setup so you don't have any after cat 02's so you don't need the simulators. I would recomend geting 2 new o2's and a pair of wire extensions.

Yes, no 02's in the rear. U just need 2 new 02 sensors and 2 02 wire extensions. As for the 02 sensor bungs.. that depend on where your are getting the hooker lts from, some companys have them put in but hooker doesnt do it from there factory.

Re: Question On o2's for LT Header/ ORY job

When you get your new o2's don't put them in right away after your header install if your headers are coated. The coating on the headers burns off and kills your o2's. Run your old ones for awhile til the coating is burned off, then put the new ones in.

Re: Question On o2's for LT Header/ ORY job

I am still working on getting mine in, since it is cold and I don't have a heated garage. However, I only needed an extension for the passenger side on my Z28. The driver side is right on, atleast in my experience... I can tell that when I get the passenger side up, I will have to use the extension though.
