I realize this a pretty simple and stupid question. But, I did the fan switch mod, and I forgot witch site I went off of, but after I did it, whenever I use the switch, everything works properly, its just that, its only the low speed fan that comes on and it very quiet.....is this whats supposed to happen? or do you guys highspeed fan work too?

Just wondering....can someone send me a link to a valid writeup on the mod, so I can have the right fan working?

I wired mine up using shoebox's site, he has a diagram. Do a search on the user name shoebox, and in his sig there is a link to his site.

I can choose whether to run high or low speed fans.

 

Yes, when you have the fan switch on low, you can hardly hear it. Several times I have run into the store for something to find out I totally forgot to shut it off and didnt hear it when I got out of the car. I would imagine its fine. High works correct? I have done several and Shoebox's drawings are right on the money.
